Cum Punk is a small independent publisher and merchandise company producing limited-run publications, apparel, and other merchandise. Because many of our items are produced in small quantities, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected].

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer's remorse
• Accidental orders
• Minor variations in color, texture, or print placement
• Opened, used, worn, or washed items
• Books, magazines, zines, or other publications

Apparel

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order. We are unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues unless an item was incorrectly fulfilled by us.

Custom & Limited-Edition Items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and limited-edition items are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning an item unless the return is the result of our error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Cum Punk is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
